Limomate is an easy to use booking app that allows Southern Cross clients to:

  • Pre-book a driver
  • Request a particular vehicle
  • View and edit Existing Bookings
  • View Past Bookings
  • Save frequent addresses for quick entry

During the day, you can book a vehicle with as little as 60 minutes notice. After 10pm, at least 8 hours notice is required.

Once a booking is placed, Southern Cross office staff will confirm your booking with an immediate email and your booking will appear confirmed on your Existing Bookings screen.

Registering on the Limomate app

Case 1

CLIENTS THAT HAVE ALREADY USED THE SOUTHERN CROSS BOOKING PORTAL.

If you have already registered on the Southern Cross Booking Portal, in order to log on to the Booking Portal simply:

1. Download the Booking App

2. Log in with your email address and password* (A)

*The email address and password need to correspond with those already used on the Booking Portal.

Case 2

CLIENTS THAT HAVE NOT REGISTERED ON THE SOUTHERN CROSS BOOKING PORTAL

If you have not registered on the Southern Cross Booking Portal but have a client profile on the Southern Cross Booking System (that is, you are an existing user of our service), in order to register on the Limomate App:

1. Download the app

2. Hit register button

3. Enter your personal details and your existing client number (B)
(If you do not have your existing client number please call the office 1300 12 LIMO, or simply ask your driver)

4. Click Register (C)

5. Go to your email inbox
You will receive an email asking you to verify your email address

6. Click the link and create a password

7. Go back to the Booking App and enter your email address and the password you have just created (A)

8. Press Log In

Case 3

NEW CLIENT

1. Download the app

2. Hit register button

3. Enter your personal details (B)

4. Click Register (C)

5. Go to your email inbox
You will receive an email asking you to verify your email address

6. Click the link and create a password

7. Go back to the Booking App and enter your email address and the password you have just created (A)

8. Press Log In
At this point, you cannot yet submit bookings, so:

9. Go to Account Details

10. Scroll to bottom of screen

11. Enter credit card details (D)
